You can try filling the claim points form available in your account panel on accor website. You will need to upload a copy of the invoice from the hotel. If you don't have one, send an email to the hotel asking kindly to forward you a copy. Hope this helps!
Since you signed up for ACCOR loyalty AFTER your stay ended, I wouldn't expect any points. If you're able to get the hotel to fight on your behalf, that's great, but probably unlikely given your scenario.
