Just flights in certain markets. Based on the NH earning page on united.com it would seem that the JV covers the following: ANA-operated flights transpacific, domestic Japan with an international connection, intra-Asia (excluding Japan to China/India/Australia).

Based on that I would expect that the DEL flight is not covered.
It says it includes "intra-Asia (ex China, India/Australia) so that is your answer right there. Delhi is India and flights between Japan-India is NOT part of the JV
