There is not a page that discusses it at United.com..however you can gather what the arrangement is by viewing the ANA section in the mileage earning part of United.com...

for TPAC and intra-Asia flights on ANA the mileage earning is a minimum of 100% on all fares...this is where the JV comes in. For other ANA flights (including those to China and India..currently) have a minimum 50% for some fares.
