I just got an email through about Heathrow Premium Services. I think the Gold service we've discussed before, but I hadn't heard from the Bronze or Silver options. These are provided by a company called Diamond Air , but it seems very expensive for what they provide. Eg on Silver they walk you through the airport (but no guarantee of fast track etc, they just say 'expedite') with porters if required, and help you fill out your VAT form - and all that for £450 plus VAT
