Lesson of the day...NEVER, NEVER, NEVER cancel over the phone and rebook over the phone unless absolutely necessary. The Risk free cancellation policy can be done online and is far more accurate. Even if you do cancel over the phone, there's no need to rebook over the phone. I always politely decline and just rebook online so I'm aware of exactly what I'm paying for.
