Blackout at MEL - but QF unaffected

Just came across this

http://www.theage.com.au/travel/trav...718-22988.html

Qantas said its passengers were not affected.
''From a Qantas perspective it's not impacting our services at this stage. We've got back-up power so that's allowing us to continue our operations,'' a Qantas spokeswoman said.

So does this mean that Qantas domestic was unaffected, or Qantas International as well? Do their backup generators extend all the way from check in desks to the gates?
