Thanks for the advice/info! Based on the current state of things, I think I'm going to wait until AFTER this upcoming trip before I change anything in her record.

I have no idea what the ripple effect will be with our reservations, upgrades, seats, etc if something get messed up on the actual reservation or if the reservation has to be redone due to a name change.

And I can skip the "synch" call that I'm sure will result if I make any changes. :-)

The good news is that someone there knows how to fix it. It is a minor irritant to me at the moment, not a major concern.
