It's Visa, as they're a sponsor. I was invited along to one of the local torch events as a friend is involved and we blagged 'access all areas' passes to the evening event. The (egregiously overpriced) merchandise concession had signs up proclaiming something like 'proud to accept only Visa'

That we managed to get passes through a 'friend of a friend' and then walk about everywhere unsupervised speaks volumes about security ...
