I only earned 60 TP's flying AA First MIA-JFK which is 1090 miles so not a lot. But my whole AA itinerary was MIA-JFK-BDA-JFK-LAX for $862 plus taxes (the rest of the legs were in I) and the total TP haul was 280. So I guess the TP earnings are much better with AA.
