Herford has very helpful staff, they can tell you what is on stock and will hold goodies (certain types of Rimowa) for you if you tell them you would like a certain type. So call ahead if you are planning to visit them.
They only speak German. Mr. Nacho called them to ask if we can use points to buy things there and they said you can burn points on original price products but not discounted products.
I would love to see the shop and I'd like to know more about it before driving there from Denmark. It's a long drive and with all summer holiday traffic, I have to be quite certain to be able get something before going there.
