You can only do it with a Canadian issued AMEX now. I used to do it with my Aerogold VISA but that changed a year and a half or more ago.

I have purchased with my AMEX this year (in fact the only reason I got the AMEX card was to use priceline). Some say that Priceline Asia will accept Canadian cards but I haven't tried it.
