It sounds a bit more complicated than it is. As long as you get off at the right stop, there will be no problem whatsoever. The bus will drop you off right outside the transfer terminal, so you do not need to worry about following any signs after that. First is a massive queue for security scan, and then you are inside "yellow" transfer terminal, and can't go wrong.
They will announce several times on the bus before arriving at transfer terminal. The only other stop, where you might go wrong is named "Blue - arrivals". This is probably the first stop, so if you hear "arrivals" announced skip this one and the next will be "yellow - transfer".
If you hold your yellow envelope for the boarding passes visible at all times, staff will guide you if you get off at the wrong place.
