I've found in the past 2 months since achieving 1K status, I've had more UA agents thank me or exclaim "you do fly alot with us, thanks" or variants of. It's amazing how little things like feeling appreciated or thanked by an employee will engender a measure of loyalty and respect back.

There has always been good employees at AC who go the extra effort, but the corporate push to make it company wide has always been missing. It costs nothing to do and reaps huge rewards in return.
