Not even close, even with the extra points
Chosun is in the middle of most of the fun things to do. Having said that, I have just completed my 2nd stay at D-Cubed and love it. Nice new hotel, and perhaps not by Asian standards, but by western standards it isn't in a suburban area or in the middle of nowhere. It also sits right on top of a Subway station, so getting into downtown and wherever you need to go is simple.

The shopping mall has tons of eateries which is convenient. D-Cube is also across the street from a Lotte store (not their flagship of course), and has an Airport bus that goes throughout the day.

So, count me in as one that thinks "Not even close, even with the extra points" is very far off the mark.

Price/points no object, the Chosun has the location going for it. If you are watching your points, the D-Cube is a very worthy contender.
