My wife and I would like to plan a trip to Greece in the summer of 2013.

I would like to put together some churn plans over the next year and this thread will hopefully be my springboard.

My question is this: Which programs (flight and hotel) should we be focusing on?

From my preliminary research, it seems like DL offers quite a bit of flexibility. Any other carriers I should be considering? Thanks in advance.
