I gave this some consideration during the flight.

As a manager of a transportation based business myself, it is my obligation to our customers to provide safe, reliable transport without undue burden. That means equipment in working order and personnel that can meet their needs. I deal with a gov't regulatory agency similar to the FAA (swap out one of the As for an R), and I know to expect inspections and to maintain equipment and comply with regulations to avoid violations.

I intend to compose a letter detailing the events and some of my disappointment, while at the same time recognizing all of the attendants, flight crew and airport staff for their professionalism. Two birds with one stone
