If I buy H class domestic and use an U/G cert to fly in C,what points do I get?

I just got off the phone with the E desk who argued with me that I get 75% no matter what seat I fly in.When I told them that was not true because of my history this year (and they were looking at my account with me) of getting the C points on almost all my flts they still would not change the two flts in question.They went to the help desk and got the same answer.For instance they agreed I should get the 25% current bonus but the help desk said no. I don't get it.
The lady was nice enough but could not convince a supervisor or the help desk to agree with her or me.
