Bought a ticket through a consolidator in Houston using a CC, but in the end decided not to go knowing that I could get a refund minus $250 cancellation fee for Premium Laurel.
Took about two months for the check from TA / consolidator to arrive after I cancelled. Did fly about a year before this cancelled trip, but never did get all the miles credited to CO.

Payments to consolidators are processed differently and require more time or paperwork. If payment on cc is different than on fare paid , you've a consolidator ticket!
FFP miles posting are also not TA's responsibility. So what's the problem there?
