I've used it once before and I felt it wasn't worth it. I called the EE line and was transferred to the VIP desk. It took a good 20 minutes to set the rental up and I had to pay the pick-up and drop-off fee of $25 ($50 total). I did this for three reason: 1) I wanted to see how it would work 2) I wanted Emerald credit (this was before we got credit with Enterprise) 3) I was hoping for an upgrade. As it turned out, the rental went smoothly, I arrived and just picked up the keys from the FBO front desk. Unfortunately, I didn't get an upgrade (Impala) and I ended up paying more then had I rented from Enterprise which was at the airport. The next time I need a rental like this, I'm going to use Enterprise since I didn't get the upgrade I was hoping for.
