I only have the one login for my Citibank card (mine), and that shows me all charges, whether by the primary cardholder or the add-ons.
Sorry I didn't mention that she has a primary PM (originally JACC) card and an Ultima add on card. On the online screen all cards primary or otherwise should be seen. Atleast it was until the swap took place!
