Given that losses are reputedly huge on LGW shorthaul one can hope for the first 2 options but I fear 3 or 4 is possible.
Hmmm ... so what % of flights to/from LGW are affected by problems due to age of fleet? 1% ...? 0.1% ...?
Easy for us "armchair generals" to suggest (or at least wish for!) a new fleet of planes but if the LGW operation is indeed loss-making that would be ... err ... a somewhat bold move?
How much does it cost to lease a couple of planes from Titan?
