Otherwise and with all due respect, your assessment of the property is either very very subtle irony ( which I did not understand ) or simply ridiculous.
It is not really a true five Diamond property in comparison to some true world class hotels, however still one of the best 50-100 hotels in the US. Again, the US is not the benchmark for hotel quality on the planet, but the St. Regis is one of the places to stay on the island, if you are looking for style and quality. Westin down the road is the perfect place for families, who can't afford a suite at the St.Regis
