Arrow Qualifying flights query?

Sorry if this appears really stupid to all of you who obviously know there way round the whole tier points system but having only been a BAEC member since April I am still struggling. I currently have 23762 avios pts and 390 tier points following a WT+/Club return flight to Phoenix, Club Europe return to Pisa and various hotel avios awards. The thing is my husband and I have booked a business class around the world ticket with BA without really understanding that we should have been taking into account qualifying flights if we want to make the most of it. Our flight details are below:
Flight BA1459 to London on Sun 20 Jan 2013 18:20
Flight BA0073 to Muscat on Mon 21 Jan 2013 09:35
Flight CX0746 to Hong Kong on Sun 03 Feb 2013 18:45
Flight CX0171 to Perth on Sat 09 Feb 2013 14:55
Flight QF0598 to Brisbane on Sun 24 Feb 2013 12:30
Flight QF0533 to Sydney on Wed 06 Mar 2013 13:25
Flight QF0003 to Honolulu on Wed 06 Mar 2013 19:45
Flight AA0162 to Los Angeles on Sun 10 Mar 2013 12:10
Flight AA1520 to Miami on Mon 11 Mar 2013 10:40
Flight BA0208 to London on Wed 03 Apr 2013 20:40
Flight BA1442 to Edinburgh on Thu 04 Apr 2013 11:40

We are apparently now bronze BAEC members, what will we be after our trip and if we go up a level during the trip, will we get the benefits right away
On the MMB page it say the trip is worth 42401 avios pts and 1270 tier points, so I wondered if we will end up in Gold but maybe we won't have enough BA flights. Any help would be appreciated - who new that flying could be so complicated?
