Apart from when I first reached KLM Gold in my early 20's and the free booze was a bit of a novelty I can honestly say the amount I drink isn't impacted on having to pay.
I am more likely to try something different though if it's available in the lounge. Well maybe, sometimes if they've got no London Pride
