Positive... Go to DXB. Only place in the WORLD I've been able to leave my phone/wallet on a table beside my lounger and be able to go swim/eat and come back and everything was still there. And I was away for hours.
DXB certainly feels really safe, I even saw a guy leave his laptop bag next to us on a table to save his space at the food court in the mall while he went to buy some food from one of the vendors, he had his back turned the whole time.
When he got back, I told him he was a brave man, to which he replied "oh, I'm not worried, it's safe here"
In contrast I met someone just yesterday who told me their handbag was stolen at Wild Wadi waterpark

(not mugged by the way, it just disappeared)
