I just tried to redeem the 2 free suite nights I earned for signing up for the Hyatt Visa at the Grand Hyatt Singapore and was told that no suites were available. Checking Hyatt.com a Grand Hyatt Suite is available for booking on the same nights I requested. From the hotel's website this looks to me like the "base" suite at the hotel. Are these awards capacity controlled or why would I have been denied the ability to book?
