In last 2-3 weeks -
Two AirTran flights: perfect
Four Delta flights: 1, 40 minute delay
Six United flights: 2 cancellations, lost bag, 5 hour delay

Booking all my trips at the last minute, with other people depending upon me to arrive when planned, these days I'm scared to book United ...
