Mrs OrlandoFlyer was going to LHR from MCO via IAH yesterday. The MCO to IAH flight was delayed due to weather and she would have mis-connected in IAH with her LHR flight. However there was a later flight from IAH to LHR which was available (checked mobile app) but the ticket counter agent at MCO could not see it and insisted that there was only one flight from IAH to LHR yesterday and there was no later flight that day. Anyway in the end she went via IAD which actually turned out to be better for her.

I guess this yet another example of SHARES problems. How are they running the largest airline in the free world with this problematic system? Makes no sense.
