7A is good -- if you can get 5A or 5K, even better. But all of the A or K seats are fine, in my experience.
I would agree with this having just flown last week in 6K. The mini-cabin in the front of business class cabin is also nice, but from what I can tell it was the first part of the cabin to be filled. In general as a solo traveler, I think any of the outside seats (A/B/H/K) are good seats.
