The Soho House Berlin is a place I'd recommend any day for all of you who prefer to stay in a place with less pinstripes and mahogany.
It balances on the edge of being luxurious (the X-large rooms offers 118 square meters spells luxury in my bock) and overly relaxed, (the no-tie rule of the Soho House Group again). However, taking a plunge in a rooftop swimming pool six floors above the Torstraße doesn't feel like a punishment. Also, the bar area is a serious spot for night owls, meaning that you will never have to leave the establishment.
The Soho House Berlin gets five out of five from me, but it may also because I'm one of those uptight advertising/media types that the place targets.
