Correct, TK is planning flights to Mogadishu.

However ET flies already to BBO (and will fly to HGA once the airport reopens instead), so it is possible with miles already if you count Somaliland as Somalia.

If it's bookable is another question, my attempt with UA miles ended up in quite a story...
