I too am missing points. Got 1.25 points per dollar spent up to $25k...fine and good. But each additional dollar only got 1.25 points instead of 1.5 points as advertised. Pulled out all the statements and did a full audit to confirm. Called Amex and they're aware of this, but no timeline as to when I'll see the missing points.

Has anyone screamed and cried for compensation? If so, what did you get?

There are major implications for this mistake...perhaps someone had to pass up an SQ F redemption because he was short the missing miles...if this were me, I'd certainly scream and cry foul.
