If you log on during mid-May, and see that you've already earned the 1x bonus, you have one more trip that you just booked (2x), isn't it reasonable to assume you should book two more (3x, and 4x) to get the bonus?
Nobody's trying to cheat. We're just making decisions based on the feedback that this horrible airline is providing. If they told you that you already had the 1x, and you had 2x booked, wouldn't you expect that you only need to book 3x and 4x? Why would I go ahead and book 5x and 6x, if I was only targeted for 1/2/4?
If they want to retroactively say that 'no, that first 1 or 2 trips you had don't count', they should give us another 2-3 months to make them up. Simple as that.
