My argument with this is saying that they didn't play by the rules. Clearly, if CO was enforcing the rules, we'd have booked another 2 RT's for $100 each and done that.
I'm not disputing their right to enforce the rules. I'm disputing their right to demonstrate that they are not enforcing that rule for 2.5 months, and then to go back and retroactively enforce the rule.
There's a difference.
