Delta's website says that extra recline is available on
some flights between JFK and LAX, JFK and SFO, and ATL and HNL. So obviously EC on
some flights between those city pairs do not have extra recline.
And so if you are traveling domestic between any other city pairs and you want extra recline, better hope that that F upgrade comes through.
