Most Significant Carrier Rule Confusion

I have a ticket JFK-LHR AA [stopover] LHR-DXB-KHI EK in Y

The most significant carrier rule is described here:

http://www.lan.com/en_un/sitio_perso...info_iata.html

Does this mean that I am only allowed one bag of 23 kg when checking in at LHR for KHI? On my e-ticket the allowance very clearly says one bag of 23kg for the EK sectors. But on the bottom of my e-ticket it says something along the lines of "EK allows 2 x 23kg for itineraries involving North America" Will EK allow me 1 x 23kg or 2 x 23kg?

Thanks!
