The bad old Virgin Blue-like. They used to do that on practially every flight. They appear to have stopped now, because it does not sound very professional and definitely not funny.

I don't like it at all. Boys and girls in public, enclosed places should be behaving like little ladies and gentlemen, so there is no need for addressing them separately
