This just happened to me for the first time yesterday, MSP-DSM. On original flight, all boarded ready to go and waiting on one more bit of paperwork regarding previous maintenance issue. For whatever the reason, they decided to move us to another plane, same configuration, waiting at another gate for later flight. We were in the air within 75 minutes of deplaning. FA, GA and pilots were great.
