Nothing beats a still warm bagel!
I'm not talking about the crap you get at Dunkin Donuts or most chains but the real boiled then baked bagel. Toss in an occasional bialy and I'm in heaven. Sadly, the more the bagel has become mainstream, the harder it is to find a real one.
