I got an email from TCB and now I have $9.XX pending, and I got them to track the one for the coming weekend. Today I also send a claim for a ressie that I made 4 days ago - again not tracked.

So if I were you, send in the claim if it's not tracked. It's very important that they track your purchase because if they can't, then there is no cash back.
