No that does not bother me as it is nice to hear the supervisor praise their crew for working hard for the CSD.
The bit that gets me is when they say what a fabulous crew we have had tonight or something to that effect - I think it is my job to thank the crew for the service I have got - unless the CSD has gone round and asked, they have no real idea what service has been given to the customers.
To me, it sounds a little fake when the CSD is thanking the crew for being brilliant - as if it is not something that happens every day. That is more for the debrief amongst the crew.
