I was upgraded yesterday to Elite (thanks to BMI match) and today selected euprgades in my package. Tomorrow I will fly on YUL-FRA. I tried to use eupgrade,but keep getting "you do not have any eUpgrade Credit(s) available to request an upgrade" message. But you only selected the package "today" and you're flying "tomorrow"..
As others have said in this thread, it takes a few days for the e-upgrades to load onto your account and they are not 'instant'. My request took 2 days...(they're in my account now) so it looks like you might not have the time to upgrade ! Try tomorrow on the day of your travel. They might have been deposited into your account by then.
