Extra fuel surcharge on those BA flights via London. FWIW, I booked BA DXB-LHR, but I was on a AONE4. BTW, if you can afford the extra $1500-2000 for an AONEx it is worth it IMO especially for the TATL, TPAC and TC2<->TC3. If Hawaii is in your itinerary then an AONEx is not worth it IMO. I find when I book AONEx I booked the longest routing if there is an F cabin; like DXB-LHR-HKG, LHR-LAX, JFK-HKG, etc. After all this is FT.

FWIW, I couldn't get the RTW booking tool to work either.
