If my memory serves me right, it was around THB6,000 on spg.com and believe it or not it was available during the super peak December-January season. I didn't book it though since I wasn't looking for seclusion though it was very tempting at that rate.
FYI the Banyan Tree Phuket usually have villas promos for around BHT10,000 during the raining season. And if Naka Island is always available at BHT9,000 during the dry season, the norm in Phuket is for resorts to drop their rates by at least half during the raining season.
