When I was a lowly GM a few years back, I loved the holidays with the exception of Thanksgiving. Any major holiday meant that most people were home enjoying their 3-4 day weekend and I was free to UPG as much as I want. I loved doing mileage runs over holidays as I cleared every single flight. It was a rough reality when everything was back to normal and I was back to being #35-40 on almost every single flight.
That's discouraging. I'm currently a UA 1K and trying to hit PM at DL. Do your chances for upgrade as a PM really improve over GM. There terrible now as a GM.
