There is no surefire way to do this. That is to say, there is no option to do this with BA. Maybe you could call QF and see if they can upgrade the legs of the RTW at a price. I know that on some RTW tickets you can upgrade individual legs with miles or money.

The answer (bar the proactive upgrade) lies with QF rather than BA.
