I am flying ATL-MUC on a 764 in late AUG. I can't select seats on DL.com and per expertflyer all non-premium seats are taken.
If I wait until day of departure (there is three of us), what are the odds of the TA putting us in EC if all non-premium seats are occupied or will they move up an elite?
