I apologize if this has been asked before but I'm wondering what fare class is a happy median for a GM to be upgraded? I've seen others say stay away from the sLUT fares and I know the higher fares are a good bet, but what is a middle ground. I do use the AMEX Reserve Card. Does that make any sense?
