Upgrade
may be offered on online checkin but probably unlikely given the ticket is a non-BA award ticket.
It
may be possible to pay to upgrade at the airport - you need to enquire at the check-in counter or airside customer services desk.
My guess is that if it is going to be offered it is likely to be less than £300.
