As I said in another thread, my wife has an economy award flight LHR-IST-LHR in October on BA as part of a RTW QF award.
Is there any BA procedure to request a paid upgrade to Business for her, say on one segment? I thought perhaps if BA had unsold seats in Business, they might be amenable to accepting payment. The premium over BA economy seems to be £100-£200 per sector.
If so, does anyone have any idea how the cost could be estimated?
